Our espresso roast is designed specifically for this demanding brewing method. Espresso extraction happens quickly—between 20 and 40 seconds—and at high temperatures, requiring beans that can perform under pressure. To achieve this balance, our beans are roasted dark, developing a deep color and natural surface oils that help create a smooth, full-bodied shot while minimizing excessive acidity or bitterness.
